Grainger Contract Participation Form
The E&I Member acknowledges that it may elect to participate in only one (1)
Grainger catalog-wide agreement at any given time, and hereby agrees to purchase
MRO equipment and supplies in accordance with Master Agreement #CNR01248 (the Master
Agreement), resulting from RFP # 683076. The E&I Member agrees that this Contract
Participation Form for the above referenced Master Agreement shall supersede all
previous declarations for the purchase of product from Grainger.
The E&I Member further understands that enrollment in the Standard Member Program will remain in effect during the Contract term, including any Contract extensions.
For E&I Members that are current Grainger customers, by clicking below the E&I
Member is requesting that all E&I Member Grainger accounts be enrolled under the Master
Agreement, and upon Grainger’s receipt and processing of this Contract Participation
Form, Grainger will enroll all E&I Member accounts to the Standard Member Program.
For E&I Members that are new Grainger customers, by clicking below the E&I
Member is requesting that all E&I Member Grainger accounts be enrolled under the Master
Agreement, and upon Grainger’s receipt and processing of this Contract Participation
Form, Grainger will enroll all E&I Member accounts to the Standard Member Program.
Processing this form will take 4 to 7 business days. (during the initial roll-out period some additional processing time may be necessary) You will receive an e-mail notification from Grainger informing you that your account is now linked to the
E&I Contract.
