Hewlett Packard/E&I Letter of Participation
 
 E&I would like to ensure that our members always receive the best possible pricing on Hewlett Packard (HP) purchases. In order to do so, we are asking you to complete the following Letter of Participation. By submitting this form, you are consenting to the following:
 
  • Your institution is a member of E&I Cooperative Purchasing

  • It is your intent to leverage the competitively awarded E&I/HP Agreement (Contract # EANDI2006) for all purchases

  • Your HP transactions are to be treated as E&I business, and all price quotations should be based off the E&I/HP Agreement (including any HP Big Deals)

  • Your institution will make a good faith effort to reference Contract # EANDI2006 on all purchase orders. However, in the event your institution fails to reference the contract #, then this acknowledgement will serve as authorization to enter orders based on the E&I contract (Contract # EANDI2006)

  • This Letter of Participation in no way detracts from or diminishes any credit or compensation due any Hewlett Packard authorized reseller named on any purchase order
