Through this E&I agreement, Members can purchase TOPdesk’s proprietary ITSM platform, including Incident, Asset, Knowledge, Change, Problem, and related features, along with professional services such as implementation consulting, training, support, health checks, and technical consultancy. The contract supports institutions of varying sizes through tiered packages and scalable licensing options.

- Tiered packages aligned to different institutional sizes and needs
- Monthly per-agent licensing structure under the E&I agreement
- Packages include Essential, Engaged, and Excellent
- Optional advanced features such as Chat, AI (Engaged & Excellent) and Reservations
- Implementation consulting and technical consultancy available
- Annual and mini health check services available for system review
