First things first – you’ve got to participate in the RFP process.
If you would like an opportunity to participate in our competitive process, we encourage you to complete our Supplier Information Form. Once you complete the form, you will be entered into our database as a potential E&I Business Partner.
Please note that you can only become an E&I Business Partner once you have participated in our competitive RFP process and been awarded a contract. Completing this form does not automatically make you eligible to become a business partner, but it is the first step.

Increased Visibility & Awareness
We provide our business partners with increased visibility through a number of established communication channels including monthly electronic newsletters, e-blast campaigns, and online promotions. Our team of Portfolio Support Executives will work with our marketing department to develop a strategic marketing plan that meets your specific goals.
Throughout the year, our business partners are invited to participate in a variety of national and regional tradeshows and educational programs sponsored by organizations including NAEP, NACUBO, APPA, SCUP and NEOCON among others. These events serve as valuable networking and outreach opportunities.
We also regularly host/coordinate many different informational activities including webinars, vendor shows and workshops to help effectively elevate member awareness of your products and services.
Local Service & Support
We’ve got a national team of Member Relations Executives located throughout the country. These individuals are extremely familiar with all of our contract details and maintain regular, face-to-face contact with our member institutions. These personal relationships help to foster a better understanding of our members’ needs, in addition to helping keep your name in front of our members.
Patronage checks to our members serve as an additional reward for member purchases and as a selling tool for our business partners. Many of our business partners also offer our members exclusive discount and incentive programs.
