E&I members have enjoyed a long, successful history with Xerox – this new competitively awarded contract delivers even more value with the addition of Xerox software solutions, industry-leading managed and professional services, and more-aggressive pricing on selected products. The agreement includes Xerox’s complete product lines, eliminating the need for your institution to go out for bid for products not included on your state contract. As new products are introduced, they will be added to the contract.

• Competitively awarded in 2009 – an E&I supplier since 1991
• Extensive product portfolio including everything from entry level desktop printers to high end production black & white and color multifunction devices and high volume digital presses
• Flexible lease programs - Fair Market Value Cost Per Copy with terms from 36 - 60 months
• No minimum copies requirement on most Fair Market Value Cost Per Copy leases
• Cost per copy includes consumable supplies (toner and developer)
• Month-to-month rental plan available for selected products (includes consumable supplies)
• Delivery and installation included except for unique circumstances or where special rigging is required
