Generous Holiday & Vacation Policy
With 11 paid holidays per year and an accrual vacation policy that allows you to roll up to four weeks of vacation, we want you to take time for you. Monthly accrual rates increase based upon years of employment at E&I.

401(k) Plan & Employer Contribution
Plan for your future by deferring a portion of your salary into your 401(k). E&I proudly contributes 7.5% of your base salary to your 401(k) plan. Subject to IRS limitations.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
E&I’s FSA plan allows you to put tax-free money (federal limits apply) into a holding account to utilize during the plan year to reimburse yourself for out-of-pocket healthcare and dependent care expenses. IRS limits apply.
