E-Procurement System Administrator: The primary point-of-contact for multiple stakeholders for E&I’s Marketplace. This person provides support to members and addresses Marketplace-related questions from end-users, acts as a liaison for support items to EqualLevel, and manages and maintains the onboarding of members and business partners to the Marketplace. This person is also responsible for the overall maintenance of the Marketplace configuration and structure and will use insights, feedback, and analytics to recommend enhancements and upgrades to continuously optimize the user experience.
