Open Positions:

Sr. Sourcing Consultant (3): Develop, lead, and manage consultative relationships between E&I and its largest members by communicating the overall value and competitive advantage of the Cooperative as a strategic sourcing partner. This position will expand contract portfolio utilization, increase spend on contract, and improve the member experience by maximizing their education dollars. This will be accomplished by building on extensive higher ed procurement leadership experience (at least 10 years) to present member-focused solutions; utilize data analytics; and develop/deploy procurement strategies using proven sourcing methodologies within higher education. One position in each region: East, West, Central.

Sourcing Consultant (3): Develop, lead, and manage consultative relationships between E&I and its mid-market members by communicating the overall value and competitive advantage of the Cooperative as a strategic sourcing partner. This position will expand contract portfolio utilization, increase spend on contract, and improve the member experience by maximizing their education dollars. This will be accomplished by building on extensive higher ed procurement experience (at least 7 years) to present member-focused solutions; utilize data analytics; and develop/deploy procurement strategies using proven sourcing methodologies within higher education. One position in the west and two positions in the east region.

Member Success Manager (2): Working closely with E&I members, ensure highly successful utilization of our products and services and an overall exceptional experience at all engagement levels. Two positions based in Dayton, OH.

Strategic Sourcing Analyst (3): Lead the execution of member-specific, quantitative analyses in support of E&I’s Sourcing Consultants. The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will drive analytical efforts by conducting spend analyses, developing cost baselines, building competitive solicitation market basket item lists, performing contract benchmarking, and additional quantitative analyses required in the sourcing process for a range of spend categories. Location flexible.

Strategic Sourcing Specialist (1): Assist the execution of quantitative analyses and analytical efforts in support of the Member Engagement & Business Development Division, existing E&I Consulting Group clients, and select member institutions. This position will support E&I’s spend analytics initiatives by providing data cleansing and categorization, with focus on data in Rosslyn Analytics’ Spend Management tool and E&I’s aggregate spend cube. Location flexible.

Director of Contract Operations (1): Leverage contracting best practices and ensure the proper use of resources resulting in timely, effective, and compliant contracting activity which yields best value contracts that help drive greater member contract adoption and utilization. Location flexible.

Director of Sourcing Operations (1): Leverage sourcing best practices to drive continuous improvement, standardization and consistency in E&I’s sourcing operations while maximizing capacity, compliance, and value to the member, resulting in greater member contract adoption and utilization. Location flexible.

eProcurement Executive Advisor (1): Develop, lead, and manage the sales relationship between E&I and its mid-market members by communicating the overall value of using e-procurement. Direct member interactions: pre-sale activities, lead qualification, member presentations, closing new business, post-sales and implementation activities, and transition from a transactional methodology to a more strategic e-procurement process. Location flexible.

VP, Information Technology (1): Define and deliver IT strategy and innovative capabilities across the enterprise, including data governance, business intelligence and data analytics support, development and support, infrastructure, security, business continuity, technical services, and technology innovation. Collaborate with senior management and business leaders to develop technical solutions that contribute to the Cooperative’s strategic direction. Located in Jericho, NY.

Project Manager (1): Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of prioritized and approved short-term and long-term projects to lead projects to successful, on-time outcomes. Location flexible.

Salesforce Administrator (1): Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment in the execution of the day-to-day configurations, support, maintenance, and improvement of E&I’s Salesforce Lightning CRM platform. Location flexible.
