Contract Implementation Manager (CIM): This position will lead contract implementation activities within the organization and is responsible for devising an organizational contract training strategy, overseeing its implementation, and assessing its outcomes. The CIM will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build and enhance contracts and relationships with Suppliers and Members. Additionally, the CIM is responsible for coordinating all contract launches and implementations which includes the onboarding of suppliers and ensuring all events and tasks surrounding contract launch and implementation are met. This position can either be remote or situated at our corporate office in Jericho, NY.
Contract Performance Manager: This role is responsible for ensuring compliance and risk of contracts through performance management and monitoring activities which yield best value contracts that help drive greater member contract adoption and utilization. The Performance Manager is accountable for enforcing the contract terms and conditions and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful performance of contracts. This position can work anywhere within the U.S.
eProcurement Solutions Consultant: This role will be responsible for developing the sales strategy for E&I’s eProcurement solution for a specific member segment, to effectively sell the solution and engage with and advise E&I’s members on the value of the solution and the best way to implement it successfully. This position will engage directly with specific members in pre-sale eProcurement activities, qualifying good prospects, providing member presentations, closing new business, directing post sales and implementation activities, and assisting institutions in the transformation from a transactional methodology to a more strategic eProcurement process. This position can work anywhere within the U.S.
Strategic Sourcing Analyst: This role is responsible for leading the execution of quantitative analyses in support of department initiatives, Member Success and Member Engagement teams, Contracts teams, and select member institutions. The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will drive analytical efforts by conducting spend analyses, developing cost baselines, building competitive solicitation market basket item lists, performing contract benchmarking, and all other types of quantitative analyses required in the sourcing process for a broad range of spend categories. The Strategic Sourcing Analyst will work under the direction of the Sourcing Insights & Analytics Director, independently with minimal direction. This position can work anywhere within the U.S.
Vice President, Services Category: As E&I’s entrepreneurial leader of the Services category, this role will be the subject matter expert as it relates to developing the strategic vision and leading the creation and execution of the business plan in support of that vision. This will involve analyzing and interpreting competitive intelligence and spend data, for the identification and development of new contract opportunities and to enhance and improve existing national and regional contracts for the higher education markets. Further, the Vice President, Services Category will develop and promote E&I to the membership as a thought leader in this category. This position can work anywhere within the U.S.
