Claims : |
Each skid comes with a drop and tell indicator on the outside of the packaging. Receiving should review this and indicate a tripped indicator on the paperwork. The receiver should immediately notify Baker and the end user of this condition so that a claim may be filed with the trucking company. Digital photos are always encouraged. If concealed damage is suspected, this should also be noted on the receiving documents.

Installation Info : |
Inside Delivery: This service includes relocation of units from loading dock to laboratory. Pricing includes removal of packaging material and skid to a designated onsite location, and placement of unit on leveling legs. Pathways to labs must be clear of debris and construction materials. Any hoisting or rigging equipment needed to install the units will be the responsibility of the owner or contractor. This service does not include any utility, HVAC, electrical hookup or seismic restraint installation. The HEPA filters on the units leave the factory in tested working condition free of any rips or tears. Any damage during installation of HVAC hookup is the responsibility of the owner/contractor. Contact your sales representative for a quote to add this service as an option to your order.
