The Connection® Public Sector Solutions contract for IT managed integration services removes institutional barriers and resource limitations, from design to deployment and ongoing support. Connection helps E&I members manage rapidly evolving infrastructure, end-user sophistication, the boom in application adoption, and hybrid learning, which put an incredible burden on IT teams.
By unifying all layers of support, Connection's managed integration services enable members to establish sustainable and reliable IT support standards and provide cost-effective solutions for day-to-day end user computing needs. Staff augmentation resources help you confidently navigate the IT hiring landscape. Services were designed to proactively improve network performance, prevent security vulnerabilities, and provide rapid security incident response. Your institution's Service Level Agreements will be modernized and balanced, and IT Service Desk performance will be enhanced.

Supplier warrants that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner, in accordance with standards generally accepted in the industry. At supplier's sole obligation and member's exclusive remedy, supplier will re-perform, at no charge, any service that fails to conform materially to this warranty provided supplier is notified in writing of the non-conformance within thirty (30) days of completion of the service.
