The E&I Member acknowledges that it may elect to participate in only one (1) Airgas catalog-wide agreement at any given time. Submission of this RFI Form is acknowledgement that the Member has agreed to meet with a representative from Airgas to discuss the specifics of E&I Master Agreement Airgas. An Airgas representative will be in contact to schedule a meeting to tailor this program to your needs in order to bring the maximum value for your institution.

The Member further understands that this form is to help facilitate the Member’s usage of the Airgas Contract and enrollment in the Contract will remain in effect for the entire term of the Master Agreement, including any extensions.

To be processed and enrolled in the E&I Program, the E&I Member will need to complete the form below and sign an Airgas Pricing Agreement. Processing of this form generally takes two to five business days, longer if a new account needs to be set up. The Pricing Agreement will be supplied by Airgas based on the initial assessment of the volume of products needed, equipment and services.
