The E&I Member acknowledges that it may elect to participate in only one (1) American Education Supply catalog-wide agreement at any given time, and hereby agrees to purchase American Education Supply Products in accordance with Master Agreement CNR01302 resulting from RFP # 683092. The E&I Member agrees that this Contract Sign-up Form for the above referenced Master Agreement shall supersede all previous declarations for the purchase of products from American Education Supply.
The E&I Members understand that the enrollment in this Program will remain in effect during the contract term, including any contract extensions.
For the E&I Members that are current American Education Supply customers, please select the “Yes” button below. Complete the form, add your current American Education Supply account number(s), and all of your American Education Supply accounts be converted to the E&I program.
For E&I Members that are new American Education Supply customers, please select the “No” button below and complete the form to have your new account set-up under the E&I Program.
Processing this form will take 4 to 7 business days. (some additional processing time may be necessary during times of high volume). You will receive an e-mail notification from American Education Supply informing you that your account is now linked to the E&I Program.
