UPS Letter of Participation

Note: This letter of participation may be completed only by representatives of E&I member institutions. To determine whether your institution is a member, visit our Member Locator. To join E&I, complete a Membership Application.

E&I Member acknowledges that it may elect to participate in only one (1) UPS agreement at any given time, and hereby agrees to purchase UPS products and services in accordance with E&I/UPS Master Agreement CNR01461. E&I Member agrees that this Letter of Participation Form for the above referenced Agreement shall supersede all previous declarations for the purchase of product and services from UPS unless otherwise specified. E&I Member further understands that enrollment in this Program will remain in effect during the Agreement term, including any extensions.

Upon receipt of this Letter of Participation Form, UPS will enroll E&I Member in the program.

For New Account Requests: Requests received by Monday 5pm eastern time will be available the following Monday.

For Current UPS Account Holders: Allow up to two weeks for the transition to the E&I contract

Accounts used prior to being linked to the E&I Agreement will be invoiced rates without discounts and incentives associated with this Agreement.

UPS will contact the E&I Member directly via phone and email when the new or existing account(s) is now linked to this Agreement.
