E&I Names New Members to National Coalition on Enterprise Systems & Services

Coalition Brings Together Higher Education Technology Leaders to Effect Positive Industry Change

July 7, 2020 – E&I Cooperative Services (E&I) has named two new members to its National Coalition on Enterprise Systems & Services.

Joining the Coalition are Jennifer Adling, Chief Procurement Officer, Texas Tech University and Mary Dukakis, Vice President, Facilities & Operational Services, Southern New Hampshire University. These two new members will help drive the mission and strategic direction of the now 21-member Coalition.

According to Keith Fowlkes, Vice President, Technology Category for E&I and one of the Coalition’s founders, “We are so excited to have these two higher education leaders on the Coalition. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience in contracting, procurement, strategic planning, and oversight. Mary’s strong skills in operations, sourcing, and procurement helped renowned higher education institutions improve their market position, productivity, and efficiencies. These leaders will bring their unique expertise and vision to the Coalition membership.”

Established in 2018, the Coalition brings together some of the best minds in higher education educational technology and procurement to discuss the needs and challenges of E&I’s member institutions and effect positive industry change.

Through the Coalition, these leaders meet regularly to engage in broad discussions on the education technology industry. Topics range from emerging and transformational technologies to technology buying and licensing practices, Cloud operations, increased participation in developmental efforts, the future of enterprise technology and, most recently, the impact that the COVID-19 pandemic will have on technology in educational institutions.

The objectives of the Coalition are to not only address higher education’s technology needs and challenges, but also to help solution providers formulate innovative approaches to product development efforts that map to and shape evolving business practices. The Coalition also recognizes those institutions and solution providers that are consistently innovating and enacting positive change in higher education.
