E&I Welcomes Patrick Moran as New Portfolio Support Executive, Culinary Category

– E&I Cooperative Services (E&I) welcomes Patrick Moran as the newest member of its Portfolio Support Executive team. Patrick will focus on the Cooperative’s growing culinary category, which includes contracts from suppliers such as America To Go, Chartwells, and Levy Restaurants.

Patrick will be responsible for implementing business development and consultative strategies to market E&I’s culinary contracts to member institutions. He will work collaboratively with E&I business partners, as well as the Cooperative’s marketing and member services teams, to further establish E&I as the bridge between procurement professionals within education and suppliers who offer concession, vending, catering, and electronic payment solutions for all aspects of dining services.

Patrick’s career includes roles with companies such as Nestle Professional Beverages and Care Purchasing Services, where he served as the Director of the Food and Beverage Division before being promoted to Director of Strategic Sourcing.
