December 15, 2016 – After 36 years working devotedly at E&I Cooperative Services, Gary Wilson is set to retire on January 31, 2017.
Gary joined E&I in 1980 as a Contract Representative. Nine years later he was named Western Region Manager, where he quickly established his reputation as an invaluable leader among E&I’s employees. Gary went on to hold many other positions within the Cooperative, including Director of the Western Region; Director, Knowledge Resource Department; Vice President, Educational Markets; and, in 2011, he was named Vice President, Market Development.
“While his accomplishments are undeniable, the true measure of Gary’s character is the steadfast enthusiasm he has consistently displayed throughout his 36 year tenure,” said Stephen Spinelli, E&I Senior Vice President, Member Services & Communications. He continued, “Longevity like that is rare by today’s standards. Through his enduring passion and his consistent innovation, Gary has left an indelible mark on our organization.”
