All furniture is made to order and Specific to the Member. All sales are final.
All items must pass through final inspection before being released to a transportation company which assumed responsibility for goods at that time. Product are shipped FOB origin and, once in transit, title passes to buyer who is responsible for resolving any transit related issue. Therefore, if shipment is received damaged, buyer must both file a claim and look to carrier for adjustment and our invoice in all conditions falls due as rendered.
AGATI products are warranted against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period often years from date of delivery. This includes the following: veneer lifting or peeling, glue joint failure, and wood joints pulling apart. AGATI hand crafts and finishes its products using the finest hard woods and traditional hand finishing techniques. AGATI uses finishing techniques that are intended to highlight the inherent beauty of the wood used in its products. Depending upon the figure of the wood used, certain areas may take the stain differently than others. This is considered a sign of high quality, unretouched finish. Finishes mellow with age. Since wood is a natural material, some expansion and contraction is to be expected.
Agati has a delivery & installation department that handles the logistics for the whole country. All logistics is handled at their headquarters in Chicago. Orders from a single location are shipped direct. Pricing is available for installation.
