E&I offers a competitive salary based upon your abilities and geographical location. Our annual discretionary company-wide increase plan is based on our overall annual performance and year-end financial results.

401(k) Plan + Employer Contribution

Plan for your future.

Defer a portion of your salary into your 401(k) through Fidelity Investments. E&I proudly contributes 7.5% of your base salary to your 401(k) plan. Subject to IRS limitations. Retirement and financial well-being planning available at no cost through our financial planning partner Bruton Chisnell Advisors.

Flexible Work Schedule & Paid Time Off

We want you to take time for you.

Weekly schedule includes core and flex hours, plus half-day Summer Fridays. 12 paid holidays per year plus sick days, personal time, leave time, and more. Accrual vacation policy allows you to roll over up to four weeks of vacation time. Monthly accrual rates increase based upon years of employment.

Available to eligible employees who complete and pass job-related courses that fall within degree-related programs such as Associate, Bachelors, Masters, or PhD.
