The contract provides access to a broad catalog of over 550,000 medical, surgical, and athletic supplies—including pharmaceuticals, equipment, wound care, and rehabilitation products. Members also benefit from tailored hot lists, clinical support, and streamlined supply chain services for easy access to essential products.
As the nation's largest privately held manufacturer and distributor of medical and surgical supplies, Medline Industries, LP provides an extensive product offering backed by expedited support and controlled costs. This contract offers a full range of medical/surgical products, equipment, and apparel, innovative wound care products for athletes, and therapy and rehabilitation supplies. This contract also offers access to pharmaceuticals including vaccines, antibiotics, generic injectable drugs, OTCs, and vitamin supplements. Medline partners with E&I members to create solutions that improve operating performance and reduce costs – no matter the size, location, or type of facility.

Submit the Medline Alignment Authorization form. Upon receipt of the AAF, Medline will enroll members in the E&I program within 4-7 business days. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.

Standard Manufacturer Warranty
For orders $150.00 or greater, shipments will be FOB destination, risk of loss passing on delivery on all stock Products located at Member’s primary branch. For orders under $150.00, freight charges will be prepaid and added to the applicable invoice. Freight charges will be added to emergency overnight shipments and stock Products where usage is in excess of one hundred twenty-five percent (125.00%) of communicated forecast which are required to be stock transferred or shipped overnight, and to any Product that is not stocked for the Member in their primary branch. Notwithstanding any other agreement, term or condition, or transaction document between the Supplier and Member, manufacturer drop ship charges and FOB shipping point terms of distributed manufacturers (e.g., inbound freight charges, actual amount or factored, paid by Supplier) will be assessed by Supplier to the Member, together with all other applicable freight charges. Freight charges for capital equipment will be quoted individually.
