The E&I Economic Benefit Model™ (EBM) is a powerful tool that your institution can use to measure and communicate the overall value of its procurement activities. This benefit is derived from three key areas:
Using the EBM, each of E&I’s more than 215 competitively solicited contracts have been scored with a Total Economic Benefit™ (TEB) to member institutions.
The TEB of this Accenture contract is in the range of 2.0-10.0%.

The Economic Benefit Model TEB is determined from baseline cost comparisons using historical data, competitive intelligence, market benchmarking, vendor quotes, and related criteria.

Complete and submit the Accenture Statement of Intent form to initiate alignment with the E&I contract. Within 2–3 business days of SOI submission, an Accenture representative will contact your institution to discuss your specific needs and define scope. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier Direct
Once your institution decides to proceed, you’ll finalize the engagement with an Accenture MSA. After both parties sign the necessary documentation, Accenture will align your institution to the E&I contract. E&I will follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
