The E&I Economic Benefit Model™ (EBM) is a powerful tool that your institution can use to measure and communicate the overall value of its procurement activities. This benefit is derived from three key areas:
Using the EBM, each of E&I’s more than 260 competitively solicited contracts have been scored with a Total Economic Benefit™ (TEB) to member institutions.
The TEB of this Alchemy contract is in the range of 4.0-10.0%.

The Economic Benefit Model TEB is determined from baseline cost comparisons using historical data, competitive intelligence, market benchmarking, vendor quotes, and related criteria.

Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Complete the two-step enrollment process below to sign up for this contract. Contact your E&I Member Representative for help at any time.
Complete and submit the Alchemy Statement of Intent form.
You will be contacted by Alchemy within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and scope of work.
Supplier
Upon receipt of the SOI, Alchemy will contact the Member within 2-3 business days to gather the information required to finalize a Statement of Work (SOW) and Professional Services Agreement (PSA). Once both parties sign the necessary paperwork, Alchemy will align the Member to the E&I agreement within 4-7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.
