CORE Construction

The CORE Construction contract delivers Job Order Contract (JOC) services, creating customized buildings that meet E&I member needs while strengthening the community by using local workforce. All work is completed using alternative project delivery methods and an emphasis on consistent communication through innovative technology and option studies.

CORE Construction is a premier JOC company with an outstanding foothold in the markets most important to E&I members. CORE is committed to clear communication, using two individual tools to enhance the communication process: On-Screen Takeoff and Option Studies. Members who utilize this contract receive high quality service, nationwide support, and localized attention on their next construction project.

Contract Differentiators
  • This contract is available in all 50 states
  • On-Screen Takeoff software graphically represents the quantities and associated costs for all material and systems on each project, including real-time updates so members can identify where costs are being allocated and make modifications to increase efficiencies during the project timeframe
  • Option Studies occur throughout the design phase with the help of the CORE team to help members make smart, quick, and accurate cost and constructability decisions. All options are presented clearly and professionally as early in the design phase as possible

The E&I Economic Benefit Model™ (EBM) is a powerful tool that your institution can use to measure and communicate the overall value of its procurement activities. This benefit is derived from three key areas:
