Crane Integrated Facilities Services dba ServiceMaster Clean

Crane Integrated Facilities Services, the self performing division of ServiceMaster Clean, provides consistently delivered janitorial services designed for the unique needs of higher education and K–12 environments. Members gain access to standardized staffing models, APPA-aligned service quality, and a national network capable of supporting multi-site districts and campuses. This contract helps institutions maintain safe, healthy, and well-maintained learning spaces supported by a provider experienced in working around students and campus operations.

Crane Integrated Facilities Services delivers comprehensive custodial and facilities services backed by the national ServiceMaster Brands network and resources. Through this competitively solicited E&I contract, members can procure contract cleaning, supplemental staffing, maintenance support, and exterior services tailored to classrooms, labs, housing, athletic facilities, and other campus environments. The contract also provides access to added value services such as disaster recovery (SRM), environmental health (Indoor Science), and logistics support.
