The D. Stafford & Associates (DSA) contract provides comprehensive Title IX services for educational institutions nationwide. D. Stafford & Associates (DSA) is a professional consulting firm specializing in campus safety and security, compliance, sexual misconduct response and investigation, and law enforcement issues on college and university campuses. DSA is a woman-owned business and has been in operation since 1997, earning a national reputation for their expertise in Title IX compliance-related issues including conducting policy and procedure assessment and development; conducting trauma-informed training with Title IX coordinators, administrators, and law enforcement; and conducting independent civil rights investigations. DSA's team of highly skilled associates have extensive experience conducting assessments of EEO, Student Conduct, and Title IX compliance for institutions across the country.

E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the D. Stafford and Associates Statement of Intent form. You will be contacted by D. Stafford within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and establish a scope of work (SOW). Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
Members will submit/sign the D. Stafford Statement of Work to secure commitment and initiate services. D. Stafford will align the Member to the E&I agreement within 4-7 business days. E&I will also follow-up to ensure successful enrollment.
