Through the E&I contract, members have access to Gopher's extensive portfolio of athletic, recreation, fitness, and physical education equipment and supplies, including exclusive "Only from Gopher" products as well as trusted national brands. The offering supports a wide range of applications, from physical education and fitness training to team sports, intramural programs, recreation, and competitive athletics, serving both K-12 and higher education institutions.
The E&I Economic Benefit Model™ (EBM) is a powerful tool that your institution can use to measure and communicate the overall value of its procurement activities. This benefit is derived from three key areas:
Using the EBM, each of E&I’s more than 260 competitively solicited contracts have been scored with a Total Economic Benefit™ (TEB) to member institutions.

If products are defective, non-conforming, incorrectly shipped, duplicated in error, or otherwise fail to meet agreement requirements, Members may be eligible for repair, replacement, credit, refund, or return of the product. Gopher accepts returns and credits in accordance with the terms of the agreement and its Customer Care process.
Members should promptly report shipping damage or delivery issues to Gopher Customer Care. Claims may be submitted by phone, email, or text message. Gopher will review the issue, provide guidance on any required documentation, and work directly with the Member to resolve the claim, including product replacement or other appropriate corrective action when applicable. Supplier does not offer warranties on their Products. Instead, Supplier provides an Unconditional 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all Products, ensuring that Members receive repair, replacement, credit, or refund if they are not fully satisfied with their product(s) at any time for any reason. The sole exception is the Lü Interactive System, which is covered under a one year manufacturer warranty. This Product follows the manufacturer’s warranty terms rather than Gopher’s Unconditional 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
Standard parcel shipping is provided at no charge for Members within the contiguous United States. Expedited parcel shipping and freight delivery options are available for an additional charge. Delivery services for large equipment, including liftgate, inside delivery, and white glove service, may be arranged based on project requirements.
