The InfoStride contract provides both IT Staff Augmentation and Temporary Staffing services. InfoStride, Inc. is a certified M/WBE Business Enterprise Firm having an eight-year foundation in providing IT Staffing and Consulting Services for a multitude of commercial and government entities.
InfoStride is nationally certified as a WBE and WOSB by the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and nationally certified as a MBE by the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). InfoStride can provide Tier 1 diverse spending solutions for E&I members. For more information about diversity certifications, see the contract documents tab or contact your E&I Representative for assistance.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the InfoStride Statement of Intent form. You will be contacted by InfoStride within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and scope of work. Upon mutual agreement between the member and supplier, a Master Supplier Services Agreement (MSSA) will be developed based on scope of work. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
When the member decides to move forward, they need to complete and sign the Master Supplier Services Agreement (MSSA) to secure commitment.
Note: A staffing requisition, SOW and/or NDA may also be required based on the project scope.
