Please check your order as soon as it arrives for proper content and inform us of any issues or discrepancies within 10 days. To return a product, contact Customer Service at 1-800-288-9941 or cservice@ssww.com to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number (RA). Returns without a prior authorization may not be processed. All returns must be in original, resalable, factory-sealed condition. Please include the packing slip to ensure your account is credited properly. For factory direct/drop shipments, please contact Customer Service for return instructions. Return freight, restocking fees and/or other charges may apply for factory direct/drop-shipment returns.
Items may be returned to S&S Worldwide within 30 days. Customers receiving damaged goods should contact customer service immediately so that we can take steps to resolve the issue and replace the item. If a customer is not satisfied in any way with one of our products, we will be happy to replace it at no charge. If a customer receives an incorrect item, we will “call tag” the item at no expense to the customer. The correct item will be sent as soon as possible.
If a customer should decide to return an item due to their ordering mistake, the item must be returned within 30 days. The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return. Once the item is received at S&S Worldwide, the account will be credited.
To return a product, follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip. All returns must be in their original condition. Please include the packing slip to ensure your account is credited properly.
S&S Worldwide provides products from many manufacturers. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Customers should always be aware of any warranty information provided with the product, either on paperwork packaged inside the box or on the box itself. Any items that arrive directly from the manufacturer must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Any items produced by S&S Worldwide such as Spectrum are backed by a full one-year warranty. If a customer is not satisfied in any way with one of our products, we will be happy to replace it at no charge to the customer. Individual arts and crafts items do not come with manufacturer warranties, however, S&S Worldwide will provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items. Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you have damage or a shortage, please contact us at 1-800-288-9941 or cservice@ssww.com within 10 days of delivery. You may refuse damaged boxes or sign for them as damaged, pending further inspection. When signing for a damaged box please indicate on the bill of lading with the carrier that the box was received damaged. Please contact us before returning any damaged merchandise. If you feel unsatisfied with any item, contact customer service at 1-800-288-9941 and we will be happy to find a solution to your problem.
Free standard shipping is available on eligible in-stock items shipped within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Freight charges may apply to factory-direct and drop-ship items. Additional charges may apply for special delivery services, including truck delivery, lift-gate service, inside delivery, and other site-specific requirements.
