The E&I Stellic contract offers AI-driven tools to enhance the student experience by empowering students through technology. Their platform simplifies degree planning, appointment scheduling, and progress tracking, enabling students, advisors, and administrators to collaborate effectively from enrollment to graduation.
Stellic was founded by Carnegie Mellon University undergraduates who desired a solution that would allow them to chart their path to academic and career success. Side-by-side with CMU academic advisors, who were also frustrated with the existing degree planning process and overwhelmed with their load, the Stellic team was created to build an integrated platform to help students get the most out of school, help advisors provide strategic guidance, and help leadership drive student success.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.

Complete and submit the Stellic Statement of Intent form. A local Stellic representative will contact members in 2-3 business days to discuss needs and define the scope of Work, (SOW). Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier Direct
When ready to move forward, members will sign the Statement of Work (SOW) and Master Services Agreement to initiate services. E&I will follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
