Submit the Sycamore Life Sciences Alignment Authorization form. Upon receipt of the AAF, Sycamore will enroll members in the E&I program within 4-7 business days. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier Direct
Once a member account is connected or created (if new) with the E&I Sycamore Life Sciences program, members can begin placing orders for products and services. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.

Return Eligibility
If the purchased item is unopened, you may return the item within 30 days of the receipt of the order for a refund, with the exception of sterile ordered products. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Please see below for more information regarding restocking fees on refunds.
Exchanges
If a product was ordered by mistake, or was not as expected, we would be more than happy to find a suitable product to exchange it with if the original ordered product is unused. We want to ensure you have the product(s) you need and are fully satisfied with your purchase.
Sterile Products
If the item purchased is sterile, we will not be able to accept a return or exchange, but will be more than happy to work with you to find the right product for your lab needs.
