Tarkett proudly offers programs that reclaim old vinyl-backed carpet to be 100% recycled to new floor coverings. Tarkett also recycles its own products as well as other manufacturer’s vinyl-backed products and can provide a warranty that the items will be fully recycled and never landfilled or incinerated.

Should a product be determined to have a manufacturing defect, Tarkett will be responsible for the return, repair, and/or replacement of the defective product in accordance with applicable warranties. If a member wishes to cancel an order for other than defect, Tarkett may accept with restocking fees based on production status, as follows:

FOB destination, prepaid and included. Title and risk of loss shall pass to the member upon transfer to the freight carrier. For damages occurring in transit, Tarkett USA, Inc. shall promptly replace the damaged material and ship the replacement order as expeditiously as possible at no cost to the E&I member. Tarkett USA, Inc. shall file any claims with the carrier on behalf of the E&I member
Shipping 30 – 45 days ARO. Production of material will begin upon receipt of a signed valid purchase order or fully executed contract.
