Min. Order : | Minimum order requirement is 65 square yards for standard running line products. Minimum for running line products under the Tarkett USA Inc. Or one carton of 24 x 24 Modular Tile (6.67 SY per carton) - Products are subject to full carton shipments. |

Delivery Terms : | Freight pre-paid and included in quoted price to destination. Title and Risk of loss shall pass to the member upon transfer to the freight carrier. However, for damage occurring in transit, Tarkett USA Inc. shall promptly replace the damaged material and ship the replacement order as expeditiously as possible at no cost to the E&I Member. Tarkett Inc. shall file any claims against the carrier on behalf of the Member. |
Return Policy : | Should a product be determined to have a manufacturing defect, Tarkett will be responsible for the return, repair and/or replacement of the defective product in accordance with applicable warranties. If a Purchaser wishes to cancel an order for other than defect, Tandus may accept with restocking fees based on production status, as follows: – Yarn ordered/received-62% restock fee – Yarn tufted-77% restocking fee – Yarn tufted, sheared, pre-coat applied-82% restocking fee – Finished goods-100% restocking |
