Submit the Cold Chain Technologies Alignment Authorization form. Upon receipt of the AAF, Cold Chain Technologies will enroll members in the E&I program within 4-7 business days. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.

Once a member account is connected or created (if new) with the Cold Chain Technologies program, members can begin placing orders for products and services. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.

Written authorization to return products must be obtained prior to any such return. Any returned product must be shipped to CCT, freight prepaid, at the Buyer s risk. Custom product is not eligible for return. Large order volumes may not be eligible for return. A 20% restocking fee will apply for any returns that are not a result of defects or non-conformities. Buyer will be responsible for return freight arrangements and charges unless the return is a result of defects or non-conformities
FOB Origin-
Conditioned Advanced SU solutions can be shipped out next day. Non-conditioned RX and Rx Naturals solutions can be shipped individually from 3rd party next day, but full pallets will take 10 days.
