Complete and submit the Doc2E-File Statement of Intent form. Doc2E-File will respond within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and scope of work. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
Once the SOI form is submitted, Doc2E-File will consult with members to develop a proposal/Statement of Work (SOW), typically within 4-7 business days. When ready to move forward, Members will complete/sign the SOW to initiate services and secure commitment.
