DocFinity is a division of Companion Data Services, LLC, a Celerian Group Company. DocFinity is high-powered, next-generation Enterprise Content Management, Business Process Management, Workflow, and Records Management software. Enterprise content management module of DocFinity offers powerful standard functions like document capture and imaging, search and retrieval, viewing, editing, redaction, versioning, reporting, auditing, and collaboration. Records Management helps you comply with your own enterprise record retention policies, government regulations, and record retention and discovery for legal cases.

E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Complete and submit the DocFinity Statement of Intent form. A Representative from DocFinity will respond within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs, scope of work and services required. Contact your E&I Representative for help at any time.
Supplier
Once the SOI form is submitted, DocFinity will consult with members to develop a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Multiple meetings may occur depending on the services requested. Member and Supplier will sign the MSA when ready to move forward and initiate services. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.
