Complete the two-step enrollment process below to sign up for this contract. Contact your E&I Member Representative for help at any time. Complete and submit the GRM Information Management Services Statement of Intent form. You will be contacted by GRM within 2-3 business days to discuss your specific needs and develop a Statement of Work (SOW).
Supplier
Members will complete or sign the SOW (or Member Specific Agreement if needed) to commence services. E&I members that are existing customers of GRM may align to the contract, at the end of their current contract term, upon completion of a new SOW with GRM.
