The contract provides a comprehensive suite of higher education solutions designed to support students from enrollment through repayment. Services include FAFSA verification, SAP appeals and professional judgment support, financial literacy programs, enrollment and re-enrollment outreach, institutional balance outreach, repayment counseling, and default prevention. Inceptia’s student-first approach combines personalized outreach, compliance-focused processes, and scalable support services to help institutions improve student engagement, reduce administrative burden, and strengthen student success outcomes.

Using the EBM, each of E&I’s more than 260 competitively solicited contracts have been scored with a Total Economic Benefit™ (TEB) to member institutions.
The TEB of this Inceptia contract is in the range of 5.9-28.2%.
