Through E&I’s agreement with nextSource, members can access workforce management solutions designed to streamline administration, support compliance, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency. Services include employer of record solutions, managed service provider programs, independent contractor compliance, and adjunct talent sourcing to support workforce needs across the institution.
