Their network of more than 600 stores in all major metro markets employs a unique distribution system that ensures all your paint needs are met. PPG supports new construction and renovation projects, including specification writing, product recommendations and training, site visits, job walks, planned painting programs, and a full complement of color communication tools and resources.
PPG is committed to making environmentally progressive products. One of the first pioneers in the paint industry to develop new performance standards, many PPG paints have zero- or low- volatile organic compound (VOC) contents, helping E&I members build green.
E&I contract documentation available on this site is being provided for use by E&I members only and shall not be distributed and/or shared outside a member’s institution. Sharing of contract documentation outside the membership of the Cooperative is detrimental to its members and the Cooperative, as it impacts E&I’s ability to negotiate and maintain competitive agreements.
Submit the PPG Paints Alignment Authorization form. Once the AAF is submitted, PPG Paints will enroll the Member in its E&I program within 4 to 7 business days. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier
Once the AAF is received, PPG Paints will connect (or create, if new) the member account to the contract. A credit application is required for new accounts. PPG will assign a local rep/dealer who will discuss needs and specifics with the member. Orders are placed with your local service location. E&I will also follow up to assist with enrollment.

Standard Return Policy: Non-tinted merchandise in good condition is eligible for refund/exchange with original invoice within 60 days. Tinted merchandise cannot be returned. Special order merchandise in good condition is eligible for a 75% refund with original invoice within 60 days. Qualifying returns will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. PPG reserves the right to make large cash returns by check within 10 business days. A service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
To make a claim under the limited warranty or to initiate a damage claim, contact your local PPG servicing location where you purchased the product.
PPG offers a standard material warranty whereas: PPG warrants, for one year after the date of purchase, that these coating systems will conform to PPG's applicable published specifications. This is the only warranty that PPG makes and all other express or implied warranties, including without limitation, any other warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or use, are disclaimed by PPG. PPG, at its cost and as its sole liability, will, at the purchaser's option, furnish replacement product or refund the purchase price paid for any of these products which fail to conform to this warranty. In no event will PPG be liable under any theory of recovery (whether based on negligence or any kind of strict liability) for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages in any way related to these products.
All standard deliveries utilizing the PPG company delivery service will be free of charge to all serviceable E&I members. Orders placed by noon are delivered the next business day within the standard delivery zone which the local PPG company-operated store network operates and providing goods are in stock. Non-standard orders (large quantities, far distances, etc.) requiring delivery may be placed on a common carrier and the cost associated may be passed on to the customer. Any freight cost (if necessary) will be reviewed and approved with the E&I member prior to shipping.
