The E&I contract includes SysAid's ITSM platform, SysAid Copilot, AI Agents and AI Agent Builder capabilities, asset management functionality, implementation services, support services, training, data migration, automation services, and other professional services. The platform combines service desk operations, asset management, automation, reporting, and AI-powered tools within a unified environment designed to support organizational IT service delivery.
