TOPdesk

The TOPdesk contract provides E&I Members access TOPdesk’s modular IT Service Management (ITSM) platform designed to support higher education and K–12 service delivery needs. Members can standardize how incidents, assets, changes, and knowledge are managed across IT and service teams, while selecting the plan that’s right for them. The agreement also covers implementation, training, and technical consultancy services to support effective deployment and ongoing use of the platform.

TOPdesk is a global provider of IT Service Management solutions with a strong presence in the education market. Through this E&I agreement, Members can purchase TOPdesk’s proprietary ITSM platform, including Incident, Asset, Knowledge, Change, Problem, and related modules, along with professional services such as implementation consulting, training, support, health checks, and technical consultancy. The contract supports institutions of varying sizes through tiered packages and scalable licensing options.
