The Gordian contract provides building intelligence solutions to fuel member success through all phases of the building lifecycle – from optimizing capital investments and improving project performance to minimizing long-term operating expenses. Gordian has the targeted expertise to help E&I members assess their current facility needs, develop a multi-year capital plan to address current and future needs, develop accurate pricing models with support from RSMeans estimating engineers, and can provide support to entities as they decide to move forward with projects through their JOC and ezIQC programs.

Complete and submit the Gordian Statement of Intent form. A local Gordian representative will contact members in 2-3 business days to discuss needs and define the scope. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier Direct
When ready to move forward, members will sign the Statement of Work (SOW) and issue a purchase order to initiate services. E&I will follow up to ensure successful enrollment.

The Supplier shall accept the following as reasons for return or credit:
Supplier and/or its agents will issue credit with waiver of any claims against Member.
At a minimum, there shall be a three (3) year warranty from the date of delivery to include parts, labor, and travel. For third party providers, the manufacturer’s standard warranty shall apply. Lifetime warranties shall remain in full force and effect, including upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, Renewal Term, or any subsequent agreement.
Deliveries to Members range from but are not limited to: (1) one central receiving location, (2) multi-campus locations, (3) campus building(s), or (4) department(s). Frequency of delivery may range from: (1) daily, (2) weekly, (3) monthly, or (4) as needed to assure that Members’ needs are met. Delivery may be based on storeroom delivery, Just-in-Time agreements, drop shipments, and delivered and installed.
