The E&I Economic Benefit Model™ (EBM) is a powerful tool that your institution can use to measure and communicate the overall value of its procurement activities. This benefit is derived from three key areas:
Using the EBM, each of E&I’s more than 215 competitively solicited contracts have been scored with a Total Economic Benefit™ (TEB) to member institutions.

Once a local Steelcase Dealer has been determined, all orders for Steelcase and their Design Partner companies are placed directly with the dealer. When requesting a quote from a Steelcase dealer or placing an order, identify yourself as an E&I member and reference CDA#21Z00987 to access E&I pricing.

Participating dealer owns identification and resolution of freight damage issues for orders in which the dealer is performing the installation. For drop ship and inside delivery, member has ten days to identify and report damage to participating dealer.
Limited lifetime warranty applies.
Member and participating dealer should negotiate mutually agreeable terms of installation acceptance prior to order placement.
