ReUp

Higher education institutions face persistent challenges reconnecting with adult learners who have stopped-out before completing a credential. This E&I agreement helps members address that gap by partnering with ReUp to extend outreach and engagement capacity without adding internal staff or systems. Through personalized, human-centered outreach and coaching, institutions can strengthen pathways back to enrollment while retaining full authority over academic decisions, financial aid administration, and enrollment processes.

ReUp Education, Inc. delivers enrollment management and student retention outreach services focused on stopped-out and non-completing adult learners in higher education. The E&I contract covers data-informed outreach, multi-channel engagement, application support, and success coaching both before and after re-enrollment. Services are delivered directly by ReUp and are designed to integrate with existing institutional workflows, supporting re-enrollment and persistence efforts at scale.
