Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery or pick up from a local store (excludes special orders). Returned items qualify for 100% credit if returned in re-saleable condition. Orders may be cancelled within 30 days of delivery for full credit.
Warranty varies by product
Next-day delivery for in-stock items on orders placed by 1PM local time.
Free freight is available on product orders of $50.00 or more in the contiguous US. For orders below the minimum, $9.95 will be charged for shipping and handling by the local store. The $9.95 fee does not apply to product picked up by the member at a BPB Store.
Certain products may require special handling and could require extra delivery time and additional fees (i.e., SLI and SLA batteries). SLI and SLA batteries have environmental aspects involved that may require additional handling charges. Supplier or its franchisee will communicate with the member on each product order scenario requiring special handling to provide a quote on any environmental fees and delivery costs as applicable.
Products will be delivered within 3-5 business days. In most cases, BPB will create a service expectations agreement with each member.
