Submit the Cenmed Alignment Authorization form. Once AAF is submitted, Cenmed will connect/link members to the E&I program within 4 to 7 business days. Contact your E&I Representative at any time for assistance.
Supplier Direct
Once a member account is connected or created (if new) with the Cenmed E&I program, members can begin placing orders for products and services. E&I will also follow up to ensure successful enrollment.

Standard return window of 30 days for non-custom items. Return authorization required. Custom items are non-returnable unless defective.
Claims for damages or discrepancies must be made within 10 business days of receipt. Cenmed will coordinate with carriers and manufacturers to resolve issues promptly.

Provided upon request for capital equipment or specialized items. Can include onsite setup, validation, and training depending on Member needs.
F.O.B. Destination, Full Freight Allowed (Supplier pays freight) for orders over $500, applicable to stocked items that are non-hazardous, do not require temperature control, and do not require special handling.
Transparent Special Handling Fees: A surcharge applies only for Express Shipping, Hazmat, Temperature-Controlled, and Special Handling Items.
